How to add a loved one to a photo with your baby
- Choose a photo of your baby or of you holding your baby.
- Add one to three clear photos of the person you want to add.
- Say where they should be, for example "next to me, looking at the baby".
- See your free preview, then keep the full-size picture from $6.99 if you like it.
What to expect
The picture is a new image made from your photos. It is not a record of a moment that happened.
The baby in your photo stays the same. We only add the person you chose, and the light is matched to your photo.
Photo tips
- For the person you are adding, pick a photo where their face is clear and well lit. Looking toward the camera works best.
- Two or three photos of them from different days help the picture look more like them.
- Old, faded or black-and-white photos are fine. The finished picture is in colour to match your family photo.
- For the family photo, leave a little room where they would naturally stand or sit.

Does the baby change?
No. We add only the person you choose, and your baby stays as they are in your photo.
Can I add a grandparent holding the baby?
You can ask for it in the note. Results vary with the photo, so look at the free preview and try another photo if needed.
Is this for newborn photos only?
No. Any photo with a baby or child works.
