A Christmas photo with everyone in it

The first Christmas without someone is hard. Put them back in this year’s photo, by the tree with everyone else, and give it to the people who miss them too.

Gift ideas

  • A framed print for Grandma or Grandpa
  • The photo on this year’s Christmas card
  • A tree ornament with the picture inside
  • One picture for each sibling, from the Holiday pack

Order in time

The picture is ready in minutes. If you want a print shop to frame it before Christmas, give them one to two weeks.

Photo tips

  • For the person you are adding, pick a photo where their face is clear and well lit. Looking toward the camera works best.
  • Two or three photos of them from different days help the picture look more like them.
  • Old, faded or black-and-white photos are fine. The finished picture is in colour to match your family photo.
  • For the family photo, leave a little room where they would naturally stand or sit.

Questions

Can I add them to last year’s Christmas photo?

Yes. Any photo works: this year’s, last year’s, or one from long ago.

What if we have no Christmas photo together?

Use "Make a new family portrait" with one photo of each person and the note "in front of the Christmas tree".

How many should I buy for the family?

The Holiday pack is 15 pictures, enough for a different picture for each household.
